Risk Communication

As more individuals embrace the potential of the internet and consumers are increasingly recognized in their role as stakeholders, the effective communication of risk becomes paramount. Effective risk communication supports transparency, and can counteract damaging misperceptions that may be widely held by the public. In addition, it is an invaluable tool to promote consensus-building within an organization.

RSI’s approach to risk communication is broad, and ranges from the preparation of white papers and fact sheets for internal audiences and for the public, to workshops and lectures (see Training and Education), and even websites (see Tools and Technology).
